Desktop invoicing and accounting software for Verifactu
Your business.
Your data. Your control.
Invoicing, accounting and an assistant that understands your business. All on your computer. Built for Veri*factu from day one.
How you work with FIXCO
Create an invoice
by talking to FIXCO.
Desktop invoicing, not another SaaS.
Most solutions make you upload your income, your clients and your margins to another company's cloud. Here it's the other way round: your database lives on your computer, encrypted, and nobody else touches it.
Verifactu: every invoice, chained to the previous one.
Built for Royal Decree 1007/2023. Every issued invoice is chained with an immutable SHA-256 hash and sent to the AEAT over SOAP from the app itself, with automatic retries and a verification QR code.
- Standard, corrective and credit-note invoices
- Configurable numbering series
- Multiple VAT rates and tax regimes
- Configurable income tax withholding per invoice
- Real-time chain status
- Facturae XML export for public administrations
AI invoice and expense scanner.
Drag your received invoices into FIXCO. The AI extracts the date, amount, supplier and expense type. If the supplier doesn't exist, it asks whether you want to create it. Zero manual typing.
An AI assistant for your invoicing and accounting.
The assistant finds the client, creates the draft, generates the PDF and sends it — all in one conversation. From the desktop app or over WhatsApp and Telegram.
Bring your own AI: your keys, your models.
FIXCO does not include API keys or subscriptions to external services. You connect your own Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic or any SMTP accounts — FIXCO uses them directly, with no resale markup.
- Connect your own API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) or your ChatGPT account
- Or run local models with llama.cpp — offline
- Switch models at any time
- Email goes out through your SMTP, not our servers
Your invoicing data, encrypted on your computer.
SQLCipher AES-256
The whole database encrypted on disk. If someone copies the file, they can't read anything.
OS keychain
Tokens, SMTP passwords and API keys stored in your operating system's keychain.
Real offline mode
With a local AI model, the assistant works without a network.
Your disk, your copy
The DB is in your folder. Make backups whenever you like, or use the Cloud plan to share it.
Complete accounting, built to last.
Modern technology. Native performance and minimal resource use, with your data in an encrypted local file. Spanish General Chart of Accounts, automatic journal entries, year-end closing, depreciation and tax models 303, 390, 200 and 202.
Pricing: local by default, in the cloud when you need it.
Start free for 30 days, no card. Stay local for €5.90 a month, or move to the cloud when you want to share databases.

Our philosophy
FIXCO doesn't want to be another SaaS that keeps your data. It wants to be the tool that puts you in control — of your data, your privacy and your time.
AI exists to remove repetitive work, not to lock you into a platform.
Frequently asked questions about invoicing and Verifactu
Yes. To sign and send invoices to the AEAT you need your own certificate (.p12 or .pfx), the same one you use for dealings with the tax agency. FIXCO does not issue certificates — you import it once and its password is stored in the operating system keychain.
The database is in the app's data folder, in a single encrypted file. You can copy it to an external drive or to your own cloud (Drive, Dropbox, iCloud), or use the Cloud plan to keep your database in the cloud.
Yes. If you use a local AI model (via llama.cpp), FIXCO works offline. You only need a connection to send invoices to the AEAT, send email over SMTP or use a cloud AI provider.
If you use a cloud AI provider, yes — directly to them, with your own account or API key. FIXCO adds no resale markup. If you use a local model, you pay nothing for the AI.
Your database stays on your computer. The app switches to read-only mode: you can view and export everything, but not issue new invoices until you renew. The same happens when the 30-day free trial ends.
For cases where several users or devices need to access the same DB — small teams, accounting firms. The Local line is perfect for individual use; Cloud adds a shared database. Accounting firms have their own per-client-company rate.
Yes. You can export your invoices, expenses and books (CSV/ZIP) at any time, even after the trial or subscription has ended.
